*Optional, only if you are in town for the full weekend
Friday Evening,
The Lakeside Motel.
6 – 8pm
Drop-In Drinks
If you're in the County on Friday evening, swing by and join us for a drink and light bites. No agenda, just a casual drop-in — come and go as you please.
Dinner on Your Own
Afterwards, feel free to make dinner plans with friends at one of the local restaurants. Visit our Guide to PEC page for recommendations.
DRESS CODE
Elevated Summer Casual
Elevated casual with a relaxed lakeside ease. Think effortless outfits that feel put-together but not formal — linen shirts, summer dresses, and comfortable shoes made for an easygoing summer soirée by the water.
GETTING THERE
Parking & Transport
Please note that there is no onsite parking at The Lakeside Motel. If you choose to drive or carpool, street parking can be found in the surrounding area. For those staying in Wellington, the venue is within walking distance.
Alternative transportation options are available — we recommend booking taxis in advance, as availability may be limited during peak times.
✦
Day Two, The Main Event
Saturday at
The Brighthouse Farm.
4:00pm
Shuttle Pickup
We will be running a shuttle service from the main towns of Picton, Bloomfield, and Wellington. Pickup times and locations will be shared closer to the date. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle to and/or from the venue.
5:00pm
Ceremony
The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00pm. If you're arriving on your own, we suggest arriving by 4:30pm to enjoy a drink and get settled. There is plenty of parking on the property for those driving.
5:30pm
Celebration
After a cocktail hour on the lawn, dinner will be served in the tent, followed by dancing in the barn until 1:00am.
DRESS CODE
Cocktail Attire
Suits or jackets for men (ties welcome, but not required), and cocktail dresses or chic separates for women.
The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors on grass and gravel, so please choose footwear accordingly. July in The County can be warm — we recommend sunglasses, sunscreen, and light, breathable layers.
